Abstract

Priority and the concept of "learning result", which means a set of necessary skills, abilities, beliefs, relationships and acquired knowledge experience According to this definition, learning outcomes are related to the concept "competence". Orientation to the learning result leads to rethinking and revising the traditional concept of "qualification", which begins to be directly associated with those competencies that a person has and what they are will be able to use effectively in work.
