Abstract

The implementation of this concept will make it possible to: speed up the processes of economic recovery of Ukraine; to increase the level of entrepreneurship and business culture in society, the level of competitiveness of young people by acquiring new competencies for starting their own business and successful entrepreneurial activity, the quality of human capital and the state as a whole; introduce legal regulation of youth entrepreneurship development; develop complex changes to the legislation that will ensure recognition of youth entrepreneurship as a socio-economic phenomenon and definition of its qualifying features, as well as legal regulation of youth entrepreneurship issues in various spheres of society; determine uniform requirements for youth entrepreneurship counseling in P(PT)O institutions, as well as qualification requirements for professional consultants of career and entrepreneurship centers; to ensure the functioning of systematic consulting assistance for young people in starting their own business, successful conduct of business activities taking into account the challenges of civilization; significantly increase the level of entrepreneurship culture among young people, which will enable the support of youth entrepreneurship, the development of the innovative potential of young people, youth start-ups, creative industries and will contribute to the modernization of the national economy; ensure the development of clear mechanisms of effective interaction and constructive cooperation between representatives of science, education and business; to create indicators for monitoring the state of development of youth entrepreneurship.
