Abstract
It was found that the main aspects of STEM education are: an integrated approach (promoting the integration of science, technology, engineering and mathematics; interdisciplinary (awareness of the interdisciplinary connections of educational fields and their application in productive activities in order to solve problems); a practical approach (practical application of knowledge in the process of developing projects and conducting research, as well as solving real tasks); development of skills (promoting the development of critical thinking, problem-based learning, communication skills in the process of productive interpersonal cooperation and interaction; evolutionary and revolutionary nature of the modern world; equal access.
