Abstract
The article presents an analysis of scientific and pedagogical research on the problem of developing the research competence of the Ukrainian language and literature teacher at a lyceum. The theoretical-methodological basis of the research is scientific research on the formation and development of research competence of philology teachers. The main areas of research are defined, in particular in the system of training future specialists, in the system of scientific and methodical work of lyceums (schools), in the system of post-graduate training of philology teachers. The topic of dissertation research on the problem of the teacher’s research competence has been analyzed. The analyzed materials were systematized. The proposed author’s classification of scientific research on the problem of developing the research competence of a philology teacher. The relevance of the topic has been clarified. At the same time, the conducted analysis confirms the absence of fundamental research, which would have justified the pedagogical conditions for the development of the research competence of the lexicographer in the system of scientific and methodological work of the lyceum. A model of the development of researched competence in the system of scientific and methodical work of the lyceum and a method of implementing such a model have not been developed. The research methodology involves the application of theoretical methods: analysis, generalization of scientific and pedagogical sources on the problem of the development of research competence of teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature in order to clarify the state of study of the scientific problem. The method of synthesis was used, which made it possible to understand the relevance of the problem of developing the research competence of a philologist in the paradigm of modern education. The purpose of the article is to carefully analyze the scientific works of domestic scientists on the problem of developing the research competence of Ukrainian language and literature teachers of the lyceum, to determine the level of development of the topic and the prospects of further scientific investigations of the studied phenomenon in the system of scientific and methodological work of the lyceum.
