Abstract
The purpose of the article to analyze the system of accompanying children with cochlear implants in our country, to develop prognostic assumptions about its development and ways of improvement, taking into account world experience and the domestic context. Research methods: historical and genetic analysis; analysis of international and domestic practical experience; survey in the format of a semi-structured interview; qualitative and quantitative analysis of the received data; expert discussion. Results. An analysis of the domestic normative legal field of comprehensive support for children with cochlear implants was carried out and it was found that in the state system of assistance to children with hearing impairments in Ukraine in recent years, obvious positive changes have been made, which are guided by world standards. The results of the historical-genetic analysis of theoretical sources and practical experience became the basis for distinguishing the modern period as a separate stage of the formation of technologies for the hearing and speech development of children with hearing impairments, characterized by the active use of physical hearing corrected with the help of high-tech hearing aids and cochlear implants as a basis for the development of verbal speech. The organizational and content components of the interdisciplinary corrective and developmental impact on the hearing and speech development of children with cochlear implants have been determined. The results of the study of the educational context and the current state of hearing and speech development of children with cochlear implants are presented. On the basis of the determined predicates, prognostic assumptions are made regarding the development of the support system for children with cochlear implants and their families in Ukraine. Conclusions. Prospects for further development of the auditory perception development system and speech formation of children with cochlear implants have been determined: - institutional (increase of institutions that provide correctional and developmental assistance, coordination of activities of various institutions that provide separate services on the basis of interdisciplinary), - methodical and content (introduction of methodical approaches that take into account hearing capabilities; further provision of educational institutions with scientific and methodical, didactic developments of appropriate content, methodical recommendations for adapting the educational process to the needs of children with cochlear implants), - organizational (creating a database, hearing screening, involving the maximum number of children in early intervention services; solving the problems of territorial availability of services due to an increase in the number of institutions and the introduction of modern forms of provision).
