Abstract

The article describes the environmental approach in education. A theoretical analysis of the concept of "educational environment" was carried out. Based on scientific publications, the structure of the educational environment of the educational institution was analyzed; features of components and functions; opportunities of the educational environment; criteria for the effectiveness of the functioning of the educational environment of the educational institution.
