Abstract
Introduction. The article deals with the problem of socio-psychological adaptation of migrants, which is of particular importance due to the fact that a large number of Ukrainians were forced to migrate to other countries as a result of the war. Aim. To substantiate the use of the inter-agent approach to the study of social and psychological adaptation of forced migrants. Results. The author analyzed the content and features of and the factors in social and psychological adaptation of forced migrants. Migrants' agency is important for migrants' successful adaptation to the socio-cultural environment of the host country. Conclusions. The inter-agent approach can be effective in studying the process of social and psychological adaptation of forced migrants.
