Abstract

Educational need is the state of the subject in the educational space, which is manifested both as an intention determined by the disposition of the subject in the field of educational services, and as a subjective desire for knowledge, skills and abilities. Despite the variability, "plasticity" of the determinants of human behavior, that is, the interdependence of needs, interests, motives, aspirations and their tight combination in a specific situation, in our understanding, educational need is a defining phenomenon that determines the quality of more complex educational orientations and interests.
