Abstract
Continuous education is the basis of comprehensive development of the personality, constant enrichment of its creative potential. In view of this, continuous education contributes to the continuous development of individual human experience in the process of assimilating social experience at all stages of an adult's life path as an active subject of learning and communication. Moreover, the central (integrative) quality of the personality is its orientation. Orientation is a complete system of attitudes, value orientations and interests of an individual, his life position in relation to professional activity, other people and society.
