Abstract

The paper addresses the issue of international certification of engineering-pedagogical professionals in the field of welding according to EN ISO requirements. Using the example of the Inter-Industry Educational and Certification Center at the E.O. Paton Institute of Electric Welding, an overview of qualification enhancement programs is presented, aligning with quality standards and including testing and certification. International certification establishes qualifications at the global level, promoting continuous skill development and compliance with DSTU EN ISO standards. The author emphasizes the significance of studying international standards to ensure high-quality training for young professionals in the modern industrial environment.
