Abstract
The article deals with the issue of designing electronic educational resources as learning tools for the educational and developmental environment of a general secondary education institution. An analysis of theoretical sources detailing the features of designing electronic educational resources as teaching aids for the educational and developmental environment of a general secondary education institution is carried out. The leading role of electronic educational resources as the main means of teaching in traditional classes and classes with low student enrollment during martial law is substantiated. The definition of "the concept of electronic educational resources" is given. Attention is focused on the main types of electronic educational resources and their leading functions, which make it possible to successfully implement the tasks of the educational process as a means of teaching the educational and developmental environment of a general secondary education institution during martial law. Attention is focused on the growing role of electronic educational resources, as the Ukrainian education system has found itself in new realities of functioning and urgent targeted measures are needed, as well as multifunctionality of approaches to the design of electronic educational resources, which expands the variety of their functions in the conscious mastery of knowledge provided by school programs. Accordingly, this study has determined that e-learning resources as teaching tools perform the following main functions: self-education and self-regulation, information and cognitive, research and practical, aimed at forming the educational competencies of the subjects of the educational and developmental environment of a general secondary education institution and are important for the implementation of the main stages of pedagogical technologies. The main requirements for designing electronic educational resources at the present stage are mobility, accessibility, and transparency. Accessibility implies understanding of the educational material presented in the system for students and teachers, its clarity, and accuracy. Mobility implies the ability to access such educational material using various devices and systems. Transparency includes justification of the reasons and grounds for using certain electronic educational resources. At the same time, no less important is the issue of filling electronic educational resources with tools that allow the subjects of the educational and developmental environment to fully fulfill their tasks. Such tools should be aimed not only at developing knowledge but also skills and abilities.
