Abstract

The article analyzes the modern development of non-formal education of adults in Ukraine. The essence of the concept of "mentoring" is revealed. On the basis of scientific publications, the conditions for the success of the mentor's work were analyzed. The differences between a mentor and a coach are characterized. Types of mentoring are analyzed. The methodical toolkit of the mentor is characterized.
