Abstract

The theses describe the potential of the physics textbook in the implementation of the applied orientation of the basic physics course, which is a necessary condition for the successful participation of education seekers in modern social life. The personality must possess certain methods of technical and technological (engineering) activity and methods of scientific research of objects in the surrounding world.
