Abstract

Deep demographic and socio-economic crises, compounded by the ongoing military situation, alongside our nation's Euro-integrative course, highlight the urgent need to address the formation, reproduction, and realization of human capital. In the context of war and post-war recovery in Ukraine, the primary component of human capital is the health of vocational education seekers, who represent the future skilled workforce. This population will play a crucial role in the comprehensive reconstruction of our state, encompassing both labor and reproductive potential. Ensuring the effectiveness of the process of shaping a healthy society, both physically and mentally, requires consideration of all factors contributing to well-being. The most effective means to achieve this goal is by elevating the level of education, including mobilizing all possible resources to preserve and strengthen the health of the youth, incorporating lifestyle changes.
