Abstract
The monograph is intended for practical school psychologists, medical psychologists, teachers and postgraduate students of the psychological and pedagogical profile. The first chapter is devoted to highlighting the essence of the teacher's psychological readiness for professional activity in the conditions of the New Ukrainian School; determination of its structure, criteria of formation, as well as a presentation of the innovative psychodiagnostic technique: "Psychological readiness of the teacher" and the results of research on the state of psychological readiness of teachers of the National Academy of Sciences for creative professional activity. The second chapter examines the structure and psychological health as prerequisites for constructive personal and professional development of the teacher.This section presents an innovative and psychodiagnostic toolkit: the psychodiagnostic questionnaire "Psychological health of the individual" and the results of an empirical study of the peculiarities of the state of psychological health of modern teachers. The third chapter presents in detail the structure and content of the psychological development program for the harmonization of the teacher's psychological health. The implementation of the psychodiagnostic and developmental technologies described in the monograph into the practice of psychological services in the system of primary and secondary education of Ukraine will provide psychological and pedagogical workers with practical means of strengthening psychological health, developing communication skills and personal growth, which will contribute to solving the spectrum of psychological problems of modern education.
