Abstract
The article is devoted to the coverage of various stages of the work of psychologists with educators of Ukraine during the first five months of the war. Psychological and mental health has always been a priority in the work of psychologists with teachers. And such traumatic events as military actions cannot but affect the emotional, physical and cognitive level of the individual. The results of the study of the channels for overcoming the stress of teachers are presented. For this study, the model developed by Mooli Lahad BASIC Ph. Brief characteristics of the specified model are given: В – belief and values, А – affect and emotions, S – sociability, I – imagination and creativity, C – cognition and thought, and, finally, physical settings of the body Ph – physiological activity. The obtained results are disclosed with a short analysis for each method of coping with stress. According to the results of the study, educators in their own practice of overcoming stress rely most on mental practices, faith and beliefs, and physiological activity. Teachers pay insufficient attention to social settings, creative practices, and the ability to work with one’s own emotions. The obtained results became the impetus for the development of the «CODES OF RESILIENCE» program, which allows developing the qualities of creativity, partner interaction, emotional self-regulation through the involvement of mental skills and abilities. The authors present the key topics of the program: 1) Challenges of the VUCA world and reconstruction of education; 2) Alphabet of stress resistance and psychological relief of the teacher; 3) Ecological attitude towards oneself and others as a guarantee of stress resistance; 4) Psychological and life resilience: expansion of experience; 5) Art therapy in the psychosocial restoration of personality, building a personal formula for professional success. For each topic, some art ther- apy practices that were used in psychological support groups for educators are indicated. The experience of the assistance provided can serve as professional support for other psychologists.
