Abstract
The publication raises the issue of teacher resilience, which is a relevant topic for educational policy and practice during the war, not only because of the impact on the quality of teaching, job satisfaction or professional development of teachers. Resilience of teachers is society's ability to endure, survive, recover, and pass on to future generations the indomitable spirit of the Ukrainian nation. The author presents research devoted to the identification of Ukrainian teachers' preferred strategies for overcoming stress in conditions of military aggression, according to which faith in the Armed Forces and the strength of the Ukrainian character is the most influential factor of stability. Also presented is the initiative of the Department of Scientific Information and Analytical Support of Education to conduct during the 2024 All-Ukrainian scientific and methodical webinar "12 steps of development of psychological resilience of Ukrainians" to spread the practices of resilience of Ukrainians in the war and post-war periods to wider segments of the population.
