Abstract

The article highlights the specifics and main criteria of psychological health as a systemic quality that determines the value attitude to oneself and to life, determines freedom of choice, the ability to create and improve the world, determines the ability for self-development and self-realization. The expediency of maintaining and restoring the psychological health of the personality systemically, at the intrapersonal, interpersonal, and institutional levels is substantiated.
