Abstract
The author reveals the relevance of purposeful development of the research competence of teachers-lexicographers in the system of scientific and methodical work of the lyceum as an institution that ensures the acquisition of specialized secondary education. The research material presents the analysis of the definitions "conditions", "pedagogical conditions". The author offers his own definition of the concept of "pedagogical conditions" in the context of the researched topic. The essence of pedagogical conditions of the development of research competence of teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature of the lyceum in the system of scientific and methodological work of the lyceum has been clarified. A set of pedagogical conditions under which the process of development of the studied competence of the philology teacher takes place is determined. The research methodology involves the use of the following theoretical methods: analysis of psychological and pedagogical sources on the problem of the development of research competence of teachers-lexicographers, systematization, generalization of the definitions of "pedagogical conditions", their synthesis and comparison, specification of the pedagogical conditions for the development of the studied phenomenon. The purpose of the article is to carefully analyze modern approaches to the definition of pedagogical conditions, to classify the definition of the concept of "pedagogical conditions" in the scientific and pedagogical literature, to carry out a theoretical substantiation of the essence of the pedagogical conditions of the development of the research competence of teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature in the system of scientific and methodological work of the lyceum, which will require a scientific justification and experimental verification. Since the concept of "pedagogical conditions" occupies a prominent place in the terminological apparatus of the article, the process of selection and generalization of its qualitative characteristics was carried out. As a result of the analysis, a complex of twelve pedagogical conditions was developed in accordance with each component of the studied competence (value-motivational, cognitive, creative-active, reflective-evaluative). The specified pedagogical conditions will allow to ensure continuous professional development of philology teachers. The issue of expert assessment of pedagogical conditions according to their significance and the development of the methodology for introducing selected pedagogical conditions into the system of scientific and methodological work of the lyceum require further study.
