Abstract

The article describes the types of skills that a specialist can acquire and how they are classified by novelty and relevance. It turns out that some skills have emerged in recent decades, but are just as relevant as others. The article explains how one can improve by acquiring traits that are lacking or develop existing talents, and how dual education can stimulate this. The article shows five reasons why education should synchronize its activities with production, and how this affects the economy of the country and the well-being of its citizens. It is told how motivation affects citizens, stimulating the cooperation of educational institutions with business, better than coercion. The article tells about the ways of such motivation. It is shown that the application of responsibility by the state must be balanced with motivation. The article mentions soft and hard skills acquired during dual education. It is shown how dual education serves as a tool for simultaneous learning and work, makes learning more productive and work more efficient, and helps minimize errors. The article talks about dual education and its advantages over universities. A brief history of dual education and its development in Ukraine is described. It contains reflections on how it is necessary to develop during the war, and that it is not necessary to stop.
