Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of the organization of practical training of future history teachers at the Department of Contemporary History of Ukraine, Faculty of History, Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University. The author emphasizes that the organization and conduct of pedagogical practice makes it possible both to consolidate theoretical knowledge on the study of specialized historical disciplines in a university environment, and to gain better experience in pedagogical mastery in the conditions of the real educational process of general secondary education institutions. The article emphasizes that future history teachers, during their pedagogical practice, have the opportunity to try out their opportunities for educational and educational communication with students of general secondary education, establish professional relationships with the teaching staff, and independently make decisions about the organization of lessons and educational activities in the school, using modern teaching methods and technologies, to impart professional historical knowledge and skills to students, which will contribute to the formation of their national identity. The purpose of the study is to highlight the scientific and methodological principles and peculiarities of the organization of the pedagogical practice of future history teachers who are trained under the «Secondary Education (History)» ducational program at the Department of Contemporary History of Ukraine of the Faculty of History of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, revealing its types and content etc. The informational support of the general content of pedagogic practice by future history teachers on the basis of general secondary education institutions was studied. The purpose, tasks and state of the organization of pedagogy in the system of professional training of future history teachers are determined, certain shortcomings and advantages are identified, and certain contradictions are noted. The prospect of further research is the study of the experience of the Republic of Poland regarding the professional training of future teachers of history, in particular, their pedagogical practice, that is, the implementation of a comparative analysis of the European experience of pedagogical practice.
