Abstract
The article reveals the adaptive nature of management of educational institutions during the introduction of martial law in Ukraine. Emphasis is placed on the need to consciously use adaptive processes to preserve the socio-pedagogical system in order to ensure its educational function. Attention is focused on the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of sovereign Ukraine. The war globally changed the living conditions of Ukrainians and social structures in the form of organizations and enterprises operating in Ukraine. The need to ensure effective management of educational institutions in unstable conditions led to the need to study and develop mechanisms for the use of adaptive processes in the management activities of participants in the educational process. It is noted that during the mentioned period scientific works appeared in the pedagogical literature, which describe the state of the organization and conduct of the educational process in educational institutions of various levels of functioning. Educational analysts characterize the features of management activity in the process of changing situations, show the need to master operational methods and forms of management decision-making, which is inherent in wartime. Scientists of the M. P. Drahomanov National University of Ukraine consider the hybrid nature of the war in Ukraine and the peculiarities of the implementation of pedagogical activities in such conditions. The authors of the article note the emergence of research on the development of Ukrainian education in conditions of uncertainty and variability and emphasize the insufficient coverage of the use of adaptive management in socio-pedagogical systems. The purpose of the study is to indicate not only the expediency of using adaptive management of Ukrainian education, but also its adaptation to the 4.0 trend in the post-war period. It turns out that despite heavy losses during military operations, the participants of the educational process carried out online studies and achieved some success in 2022, receiving 22 medals won at international student Olympiads. The article examines the mechanisms of adaptive processes that occur spontaneously or purposefully in the educational process in conditions of instability and uncertainty. The "triads" of interaction and mutual influence of adaptive processes, the essential basis of adaptation and the essence of educational development are considered. Such interaction confirms that adaptive management contributes to the positive transformation of Ukrainian education. The text highlights problems in the organization and implementation of education during the period of martial law in Ukraine. The possible directions of the development of education in the post-war period are analyzed and it is determined that it is expedient to direct the development of Ukrainian education to the introduction of education 4.0. It is noted that further research into the introduction of adaptive management of educational systems will be conducted both in the war and post-war periods.
