Abstract

The modern society puts forward new requirements for education, one of which is the training of people capable of making critical decisions, finding a way to communicate in a new environment, who effectively establish new relationships in a rapidly changing reality. Activity, independence, creativity, the ability to adapt to rapid changes - these personality traits are becoming the most important at the modern stage of development and of a modern skilled worker in today's conditions. And their formation requires the implementation of new approaches to the learning process.
