Abstract

This article indicates the preconditions network design of digital libraries of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, the core components and basic services for a network of digital libraries (DL). The basic approaches to formation of information resources DL, distinguished major organizational principles for the creation and administration of DL. There are proposed methodolog’s filling resources DL and development of typical approaches to design solutions for construction DL. There are noted that a network digital libraries will change the principle information service of users and is a new way to organize a workplace for scientist.
