Abstract
A comprehensive system of short-term forecasting of the demand for professions in the conditions of the post-war recovery of Ukraine determines the demand for a competitive and highly professional specialist with the necessary set of professional competencies and skills. An important role in their training belongs to pedagogical workers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions with a fundamentally new type of critical and creative thinking, ready to implement innovative pedagogical activities, capable of performing constructive actions in various situations of a professional nature in accordance with modern requirements. Continuous education is an important factor in the professional development of a modern pedagogical worker of a professional (vocational and technical) education institution. The presented collection of electronic training courses was formed in accordance with the requests of students of advanced training courses at the Belotserk Institute of Continuing Professional Education and in the context of psychological and pedagogical factors of the development of competencies and skills of specialists in the complex system of short-term forecasting of the demand for professions in the conditions of the post-war recovery of Ukraine. The electronic training courses were developed as part of the provision of training modules of the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology and Management in advanced training courses at the Belotserk Institute of Continuing Professional Education "Pedagogical Management and Psychology of Professional Activity" and "Innovative Technologies in the Institution of Professional (Vocational-Technical) Education". For teachers, methodologists, managers of the P(PT)O system, as well as all those interested in improving the quality of continuous professional education of pedagogical workers.
