Abstract
The strategy of STEM education of students is developed in the social and labor context and is aimed at the development in the individual of a set of formal-logical, linguistic, content-methodological and aesthetic knowledge, abilities and skills that will be manifested in activities, growing into competence at a new level of development in the process of productive activity Conventionally, STEM education can be divided into the following stages: diagnostic, career guidance, educational and developmental. In this process, the psychological sphere is harmonized and the ability to productive interaction is formed. For the development of consciousness and the formation of a multifaceted psychological experience, we must develop an algorithm that will develop the ability for productive activity. In accordance with the interests of the possibilities and inclinations of the subjects of interaction.
