Abstract

Public-private partnerships are determined by the synergy of factors that contribute to the development of social, economic, legislative, and managerial spheres in the system of vocational education and training and European integration processes. The catalysts that determine the peculiarities of PPP development in VET are: improving the efficiency and quality of educational services; accelerating investments in the restoration and renewal of the infrastructure of VET institutions with a focus on modern technical and technological conditions; using the potential of the private sector; implementing reforms of modern vocational education and European integration processes of the qualification system development.
