Abstract

The theses consider the unresolved organizational and methodical aspects of the implementation of inclusive education for children with special educational needs (SEN), which are exacerbated in war conditions, in particular, the requirements for the combination of efficiency and material costs in the implementation of innovative technologies are becoming stricter. A comparative analysis of the conditions of implementation of inclusive education of children with special educational needs (SEN) in foreign and domestic pedagogical practice is given. Attention was drawn to the need to improve its domestic organizational and methodological foundations. Emphasis is placed on the expediency of coexistence as mutually permeable inclusive and special classes on the national methodological and methodical bases of psychological and pedagogical diagnosis of the development of children with SEN.
