Abstract

Leadership is considered as a tool for managing school education. It is noted that the phenomenon undergoes changes due to the deepening of democratic processes and the demands for education in the globalized world. At the current stage, school leadership acquires new features and is transformed through the development and implementation of innovations in the organization of the functioning of education, mechanisms for recording achievements and evaluating the effectiveness of activities.
