Abstract

The article describes the psychological basis of the hardiness of the personality. The interrelation viability hardiness of the personality, with its motivational and sense of life orientation and indicators of psychological well-being. The relations between the parameters of the system of personal relations: a high level of awareness of yourself, the desire to plan for the future, having goals in the future, the ability to own self-development.
