Abstract

In modern conditions, there is a particularly acute demand for the profession of a highly developed specialist capable of solving complex production problems, ensuring social development. This determines the relevance of research dedicated to the professional development of specialists, in particular, scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions based on competence-based, personality-oriented and activity-based approaches.
