Abstract

In the course of a comparative pedagogical study to identify common and distinctive features in approaches to the implementation of the strategy for training future teachers of vocational education institutions in countries with different models of pre-vocational and vocational education, it is necessary to focus on the specifics of public administration for the development of teaching staff and their subsequent entry into the labor market and entry into stable employment relations. A teacher at a vocational school (Berufsschullehrer) in Germany teaches subjects related to a specific field of education, such as social work, trade, agriculture, or technology. They are therefore experts in the professional subject area as well as in teaching the respective subject area: technology (Technik), craft (Handwerk), education (Padagogik), economics (Wirtschaft), natural sciences (Naturwissenschaften).
