Abstract
The article presents the state of development and implementation into educational practice of the results of the fundamental research "Scientific and Theoretical Foundations for Modeling an Inclusive Educational Environment" (2021-2023) in the field of "Education of Children with Special Educational Needs. Inclusive education". The research was conducted by the Department of Inclusive Education of the Mykola Yarmachenko Institute of Special Pedagogy and Psychology of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. The author emphasized the main directions for the implementation of inclusive education, conducted a theoretical analysis of the state of implementation of inclusive education in educational institutions of Ukraine, substantiated the conceptual basis for modeling an inclusive educational environment, and defined the content of "modeling an inclusive educational environment". The author also analyzed innovative approaches to the organization of inclusive education in the context of the updated regulatory framework, which made it possible to determine the prospects for the content development of scientific and methodological materials in accordance with the updated theoretical, methodological and regulatory framework for education, as well as characterized the principles of modeling an inclusive educational environment. The obtained results of the scientific research have theoretical and practical value, they can be recommended for use by scientists, research and teaching staff in the process of basic and applied research; by educators in the scientific and methodological support of educational process; by managers in improving the regulatory and organizational framework for the education of persons with special needs.
