Abstract
The article deals with the reasons and ways of improvement of interaction of parents and teachers in educational process, which is the reason of appearance of new philosophy of interaction of family and GEI with exclusive form of education, which is based on the idea that parents are responsible for children education. The peculiarities and directions of educational work with parents are determined on the basis of the analysis of the internal school atmosphere. The authors reveal the basic principles of relations in the system of «teachers-parents». It is noted, that they are worth designing on the basis of interaction of coordination of views and behavior, in particular, based on principles of partnership. Scientists defined that the state of the internal school atmosphere can be determined by means of the measures of internal school control system. The main purpose of educational work is determined that parents should be informed about the affairs in the institution, about the success of their child, and also about the child's prospects in the GEI with exclusive form of education. Along with traditional, innovative forms of work with parents are used. Their diversity depends on the creativity of the pedagogical team and the desire to embody these forms in life. On the basis of the study it is noted that in light of the present the new trend in the work of teachers with parents became the booktrailer. The authors describe in detail the principles of application of the above method. Also one of the traditional for the GEI with an exclusive form of study became such a complex form of cooperation with the family, as parents committees or parental councils. Those authorities have long history and are effective today. Scientists insist on the expediency of involving parents in didactic process. This can happen in an active form, for example, when the parents themselves are involved in the conduct of the training independently or together with the teacher.
