Abstract
The work program of the normative educational discipline from the cycle of disciplines of general professional training "Systemic approach in higher education" for applicants of the second (master's) level of education of the educational and professional program "Christian Pedagogy. Chaplaincy" field of knowledge 01 "Education/pedagogy" specialty 011 "Educational, pedagogical sciences". The purpose of studying the discipline "Systemic approach in higher education" is to form the graduate's ability to organize scientific and pedagogical activities and educational work with students on the basis of a systematic approach. The main task of the discipline is to acquire knowledge of the scientific principles of the use of the system approach in higher education, the essence of the basic concepts of the system methodology, the peculiarities of the functioning of the system of higher education as an element of the socio-cultural environment of society and a component (subsystem) of education, the conceptual principles of university management; formation of the ability to apply the acquired knowledge in practical activities. Content of the discipline. A systematic approach as a methodology, as a principle of thinking, as a method of analyzing phenomena, processes, and actions. Universal features of the system. Basic concepts of systems theory. System principles. Structure of higher education of Ukraine. Degrees of education. Functional environment of higher education. Interaction of higher education with social institutions of society. Principles of functioning and development of higher education. The influence of external and internal factors on the achievement of the university's goals. The pedagogical process in higher education as a system. Regularities and principles of the pedagogical process. Modern forms of organization of the educational process, innovative methods and pedagogical technologies. The system of research activity at the university, its purpose and tasks. A systematic approach to the organization of educational work with students. Institute of curatorship in higher education. The role of student self-government bodies. Management of a higher education institution based on a systemic approach. Peculiarities of the management system of competence-oriented education in higher education. Systems of organization of the educational process at the university. General characteristics of forms of training organization. Organization of interaction between the teacher and students using modern information and communication technologies. System of university management methods. The volume of the course is 120 hours, which corresponds to 4.0 ECTS credits. The form of final control is an exam.
