Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of professional identification of an individual using the example of the city of Bila Tserkva. It was concluded that the city has created significant opportunities for the professional development of an individual, which can take place in numerous state, communal and private enterprises, organizations and institutions of various forms of ownership, which offer about 0.5 thousand vacancies to those who wish. It is possible to acquire professions and specialties that are in demand in the city's labor market in numerous institutions of professional (vocational and technical), professional pre-higher and higher education.
