Abstract

Using the example of the 9-year functioning of the information and analytical system "Bibliometrics of Ukrainian Science", the impact of the quality and content of metadata on the reliability of bibliometric analysis is considered. The effectiveness of the use of a synergistic approach for the possibility of obtaining a complete picture of the state of the academic environment with the direct participation of the key subject of scientific communications - a scientist - has been confirmed.
