Abstract

The author characterizes the andragogic principles of professionalization of pedagogical staff for working with adults, in particular, andragogic knowledge, skills, and abilities acquired in the process of theoretical, practical and psychological training. They can be considered in terms of four structural components: cognitive-content, value-motivational, reflective-evaluative, and operational-active.
