Abstract

One of the important tasks of the library is to provide users with access to documents regardless of place and time. Technologically, this is implemented with the help of the formation of an electronic library, in which, on the one hand, modern information technologies provide remote search in bibliographic and reference resources and provide access to various collections, on the other - create and develop relevant electronic resources and ensure their storage and use.
