Abstract

The article focuses on overcoming anti-innovation barriers, in particular on internal - psychological ones. Types of psychological barriers to active rejection of innovations are given. Methods of diagnosing the internal psychological/personal) states of teachers are systematized, which allow to determine the level of expression of anti-innovation/mental barriers by personality spheres. Corrective and developmental measures occupy a special place in group work on prevention and overcoming anti-innovation barriers. The most common and effective means of implementation there is training in this direction. The work provides a description of internal motivation training, emotional competence training, and personal growth training.
