Abstract

The relevance of the course is determined by high requirements for career guidance work at ZP(PT)O. Contradiction between market needs labor and the actual level of professional training of specialists, they are insufficient qualification and unsuitability to the requirements of professional activity market conditions lead to an increase in unemployment among young people. Therefore, the development of the modern economy needs to be prompt and adequate adaptation of graduates of P(PT)O institutions to the labor market. The purpose of the course is to update, deepen and systematize knowledge, develop and improve skills regarding professional diagnosis, enlightenment, counseling and adaptation of P(PT)O applicants. The electronic course was developed for pedagogical workers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions of the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of professional development courses according to various learning models (full-time, part-time, full-time distance, distance). The course is designed for 8 hours, of which 4 hours - lectures, 4 hours - seminar classes.
