Abstract
As a result of the military events in Ukraine, the majority of children, including those with special educational needs, received a traumatic experience and need constant psychological and pedagogical support and support from teachers; psychotherapeutic influence and developmental correction.During the war, preschool and general secondary education institutions became important centers for providing psychological-pedagogical support, humanitarian aid, correctional and rehabilitation services to children from certain regions and children who were forcibly moved from the war zone with their families. Correction of the psycho-emotional and physical condition of children with special educational needs is an important component of assistance and support in the conditions of crisis challenges. When carrying out corrective work to improve the condition of children with intellectual development disorders in the event of a reaction to stress and a critical situation, an important place among adaptive measures is the use of special technologies of psychological and pedagogical support, including: technologies for the development of sensory-cognitive, game, psycho-emotional, subject-practical , communicative and speech, physical activity, etc. They are based on competency-based and person-oriented approaches to children, taking into account their individual characteristics and educational needs. To help teachers and psychologists who make a lot of effort so that children of preschool and school age develop and always feel the support of a team of specialists, their educators, teachers, families, the Department of Education for Children with Intellectual Development Disorders of Mykola Yarmachenko Institute of Special Education and Psychology of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine jointly with the practical workers of the St. Nicholas National Center of the Center for ENT, the Early Development Center "Down Syndrome" in Kyiv, the preschool department of the Special School "SHANS" in Dnipro, DNI No. 569 in Kyiv, the presented educational and methodological manual was developed, which covers a wide range of technologies psychological and pedagogical support, initial materials, modern distance learning practices, which will be useful to specialists, parents of children with special educational needs in today's conditions.
