Abstract
In today's world, it is important to develop soft skills that allow individuals to be more adaptable and flexible, which is crucial in times of uncertainty and rapid change. Soft skills pertain to behavioral competencies, interpersonal communication skills, and a human-centered approach. They enhance interactions between people, increase productivity, open up career opportunities, and are considered the most sought-after skills in the job market in contemporary society. The aim of this article is to reveal the main vectors of soft skills development for pedagogical and academic staff in the context of postgraduate education.
