Abstract
In the modern world, characterized by rapid technological progress and constant changes in the job market, Soft Skills have become a key factor for success. These skills include communication, teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, adaptability, and many other abilities.
Design thinking, based on creative, empathetic, and systemic approaches, provides effective tools for developing Soft Skills in students of professional education. It promotes an understanding of consumer needs, problem identification, idea generation, and solution prototyping, all of which require creativity and innovation.
