Abstract

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the children camps and during the period of martial law. In particular, statistical data on their number in Ukraine during the last twenty years were analyzed. The factors that led to a significant decrease in the number of children camps in recent years have been determined. The text of the article gives a brief description of the regulatory and legal basis of work of children camps. Their classification given in regulatory documents has been supplemented by the "project" type. Based on scientific sources and the practical experience of the authors, the peculiarities of the activities of children camps during the period of martial law are defined an d characterized. They included: organizational, meaningful and personal. Organizational features include: changing the place of children's rest, actions in case of an air alarm and adaptation of the work system to the new number of children. The meaningful features of the work of children camps during the period of martial law include: the rejection of russian-language content (music, films, cartoons, etc.), the appearance of such a form of work as meeting with the military, an increase in the number of trainings and strengthening of individual work with children. In particular, the features of adapting the children's recreation program to new conditions are characterized. Personal characteristics include the peculiarities of the work of and with the teaching team, significant changes in the personal composition of teachers, as well as work on organizing work with parents during the child's stay in the camp. In particular, the peculiarities of the psycho-emotional state of teachers and children of primary school an d adolescent age were analyzed. The article contains methodical recommendations for action s during an air raid, organization of meetings with the military, work with the teaching staff and parents of pupils of children's health and recreation institutions.
