Abstract

The modern cognitive paradigm declares, that in the category of knowledge of an individual, two principles are focused – truth + faith or in other words – intelligence (competence) + outlook. The material of the presented publication reflects the focus of the educational process on the formation and development of an individual’s personal qualities (competencies and outlook). In general, the article is the result of the generalizations of a number of scientists’ researches and the author’s own researches and tests, aimed at finding ways to effectively solve the problem of managing the processes of competence and worldview formation of the future teacher of the physical and technological profile. From our own experience, we know that – in particular, one of the authors (P. S. Atamanchuk) for 37 years (1983–2020) was the head of the Department of Teaching Methods of Physics and Disciplines of the Technological Educational branch, which took care of general technical and all life safety disciplines, – that the highest level of professional training of a teacher corresponds to the formation of his own pedagogical credo, based on the binary goal orientation of education (subject + teaching method of this subject). It is indisputable that the requirements of the modern educational paradigm and the Laws of Ukraine “On Higher Education” guide scientists to the development, creation and substantiation of the foundations of training management, the methodology of educational forecasting and the scenarios of innovative technologies of effective and safe training under the conditions of martial law, which will correspond to the world level of specialist training while preserving the advantages of the national system of formation of professional qualities of a Physics teacher. The ideology of the project should be built on the dialectical principles of folk pedagogy, which categorically does not recognize the phenomenon of the person’s inability, but affirms the confidence that in his life every individual is both a teacher and an eternal student. We interpret the ability to guarantee the formation of the predicted author’s pedagogical credo of the future teacher as a natural consequence of the formation of the future teacher of any profile.
