Abstract

In the context of the adaptation of the system of education and science of Ukraine to European norms and standards, the main argument and principle of the state educational policy is ensuring the proper quality of training of qualified specialists by determining the dominant direction of modernization of the educational process in all links of professional education - vocational and technical, advanced professional, higher professional oriented. Today, for the effective formation of a teacher's professional competence, in particular its psychological-pedagogical and scientific-methodological components, it becomes necessary to introduce effective educational technologies that would ensure: the orientation of pedagogical workers on the design of an individual trajectory of professional self-development, the formation of reflection on one's own pedagogical activity and readiness to use modern forms, methods and means of education, implementation of the worldwide doctrine of "education throughout the entire professional career", "education throughout life" and adherence to the concept of continuous education. That is why there is a need to use new technologies of complex pedagogical control and evaluation of the results of educational activities in the conditions of continuous education, when the main goal is to increase internal motivation for professional development, promote the activity and independence of the teacher, ensure the possibility of learning, mutual learning and self-education.
