Abstract
Relevance of the problem. The article highlights one of the aspects of the development of the idea of establishing and functioning of the All-Ukrainian and regional schools of innovation of managerial, scientific, and pedagogical staff, the history of implementation of which has revealed the potential for the development of scientific and methodological support for postgraduate education of specialists of institutions of different levels of education in the context of the laws of Ukraine "On Education", "On Scientific and Scientific and Technical Activities". Analysis of previous studies. For scientific research on this topic, studies conducted by well-known researchers on the conceptual provisions of the organization and improvement of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education; conceptual provisions on the professional development of pedagogical workers, and scientific and methodological work with pedagogical staff are relevant. The purpose of the article. To substantiate the relevance of the functioning of the Coordination Center for the Development of Innovation Schools of Ukraine as a subject of scientific, methodological, and information support of the All-Ukrainian and regional innovation schools in postgraduate education, to describe the content of its activities as a structural unit of the research laboratory of the Ukrainian Open University of Postgraduate Education (in the form of a draft Regulation). Presentation of the main material. The relevance and evolution of the implementation of the idea of creating schools of innovation for managerial, scientific, and pedagogical staff of postgraduate education is substantiated and described. The essential characteristics of the main concepts of this study are revealed. The author’s position on the content of the activities of the Coordination Center for the Development of Innovation Schools in Ukraine has been determined. Conclusions. The activities of the Coordination Center for the Development of Innovation Schools are aimed at methodological and organizational support and coordination of scientific and pedagogical activities of managerial, scientific, and pedagogical staff of educational institutions in Ukraine. This study will provide an applied result of the functioning of this form of innovation movement on the basis of systemic, scientific, competence, acmeological, personality-oriented, and cluster approaches. The prospects for further research include the implementation of new approaches to the formation of key competencies in the New Ukrainian School, the introduction of innovative educational projects to ensure the quality of the educational process, supervision as a tool for professional support, the introduction of a pedagogical internship, and mechanisms for identifying and disseminating experience in the development and implementation of teaching and learning support in accordance with the new educational standards.
