Abstract
Creative industries are becoming a progressive technology for the development of the modern innovative economy. The preparation of future specialists for entrepreneurial activity in the post-war period acquires special relevance, requires systematicity, is designed to develop the qualities and corresponding abilities of the individual, and requires the creation of a holistic program for the development of entrepreneurial competence. The purpose of the article is to determine and theoretically substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the development of entrepreneurial competence of Professional Junior Bachelors with the qualification «Performing Artist». As a result of our theoretical analysis, the theoretical provisions regarding the definition of pedagogical conditions were summarized, the scientific and pedagogical terms «condition» and «pedagogical condition» were analyzed. It was determined that the pedagogical conditions for the development of entrepreneurial competence future performing artists in vocational colleges are a comprehensive set of activities that takes into account the support of favorable conditions for creative self-expression and the achievement of commercial goals and enables the achievement of the intended results thanks to the developed model and methodology. Analysis and synthesis made it possible to single out pedagogical conditions, and the application of the method of expert evaluation and ranking made it possible to determine the dominant pedagogical conditions for the development of entrepreneurial competence future performing artists in vocational colleges. As a result of the expert evaluation, the most important pedagogical conditions were determined, which will contribute to the optimization of the process of developing the entrepreneurial competence future performing artists in professional colleges (ensuring that the content of the educational programs meets the needs of modern enterprises at the artistic profile; the use of innovative technologies for the development of entrepreneurial competence future performing artists with the use of digital learning tools; preparation of methodological recommendations for subjects at the educational process on the development of entrepreneurial competence future performing artists; ensuring the development of communicative skills of performing artists in the process future professional activity). The next stage is the disclosure of the specifics in the process of implementation of the identified conditions using the entrepreneurial competence development model for future performing artists.
