Abstract
The article reveals the philosophical understanding of the issue of education in 1917-1991 in a socio-anthropological approach. The foundations of social humanism, which lays down religious education and promotes the perception of the ideals of good as the highest value and the formation of a Christian worldview among young people, are highlighted. It has been established that faith is a component of the worldview and the basis of human activity, as well as that religion reveals the need to recognize the possibilities hidden within a person to accomplish the seemingly impossible. Christian values are revealed, which are connected with the awareness of the importance of the ideals offered to us by Christianity. It was determined that since social and spiritual existence depends on a specific type of person (activity, intelligence, spirituality, sociability, etc.), for the optimal development of the individual, pedagogy should give him the opportunity to remain physically, socially and spiritually active. It has been proven that the factors of successful training of teachers are attention to the humanization of human consciousness, the formation of national self-awareness, ethno-pedagogical aspects of this formation, work, spiritual training, which ensure the experiential orientation of the individual in terms of values, namely: formation, moral relations, youth Human relations, atmosphere life activities, the process of ensuring self-development and equality.
